As an ex-insurance agent and long term care insurance specialist I have made every effort to help you and your family learn about long term care. I also want to teach you about insurance companies, the contracts they use and how you can avoid the major pitfalls that agents and companies will not share with you.
While I am no longer an agent I care greatly about informing you of the risk you face.
Long term care is a difficult topic but needs to be addressed as each of us is living longer. Living longer means more chronic management of diseases like diabetes, Parkinson's etc.
While you may enjoy perfect health today - and I hope you always do - if you or your family encounters a long term care need it can wipe you out financially.
